On the last episode where we talked about the 80 20 rule and finding your wheel house, i'm real excited to answer this. A great question. Thank you so much for sending so it's a three part question. Number one, wouldn't it increase the risk, the concentration risk? If 20 % of your customers are generating 80 % your profit, how can you avoid this? Number two, if 80% of your customers have the potential to provide even bigger profit in the future, isn't it just fine to focus on them as well?
