Is There a Need in the Word Need?
Siddan: The word need is like a kind of information hiding. And maybe it precludes curiosity. When you're running a team, hiding the details is catastrophic. It doesn't invite someone to question whether we need it or not. To starve if we don't have this, well, i guess we don't talk about it. We figure out how to do it. Thisis great. I'm glad i asked cause when i saw it, i really liked the i thought about problems with the word need but i thought of some slightly different reasons.
