Self esteem is based on three sequential factors, unconditional human worth, love in growing. Externals include things like money, looks, performance and achievements. All have infinite, internal, eternal and unconditional worth as persons. Worth is stable and never in jeopardy. Even if some one rejects worth doesn't have to be earned or proved. It already exists. Just recognize eccept and appreciate it.
