Her labs were notable for a white blood count that was elevated to ten point seven,. A b n p that was within normal range, and the nasal swab was negative. For flue, respiratory viral panel was negative, and a rapid coved 19 test was also negative. The chess x ray did report some consolidation in the left mid and lower lungs, which suggested possibly a pneumonia; there was also plural effusion, an atalectisis mentioned in the note.
