The Benefits of Sled Work

I like box squats a lot too. You pause at the bottom of the squat, sit on the bench and then stand up. And you're still getting pretty much all the benefits of a traditional barbell squat. I'll eat eight to 10 whole eggs a day. High carbs for me is probably 150 to 200 grams a day - which isn't much considering my body mass and total calories. Typically, my protein sources are beef; I do really, really well with beef.
