The Importance of Nutrition in a Healthy Lifestyle

A lot of people will jump to the macros maybe and not consider sort of a more holistic picture of what it means to eat well. Most people fail when they attempt to put themselves in a massive caloric deficit, take all these foods out that they love. So I would rather start making changes from a perspective of like, hey, I want you to eat plenty of food. But my goal is that we create a daily optimized experience that allows everyone to be 100% successful within what they're willing and able to do.
