Is There Something Special About the Breath or the Feeling Inside the Body?
There's an argument that a lot of our internal sensation is actually playing out through receptors on the surface of the body. I don't believe in that whether even body versus other sensory modalities makes a difference. We see this big shut down effect when you start and have permission to report on internal rather than external experience. It might be that any sensation a would work. And obviously there's like auditory and invisual practices that are very effective for some people. So i wouldn't want to say it has to be deftly, not just inside the body. Loking, thank you, norm.
