Episode 260: Managing the Design Process with Paul Boag
UI Breakfast: UI/UX Design and Product Strategy
I've Got a Lot of Questions to Answer and I'll Drop You an Email Tomorrow
I ask incredibly structured questions at the end of every presentation. I don't want everybody writing to me all the different committee members you you give me the feedback you want and I'll do it that is again worst thing you can possibly do because they're having a conversation about how to fix the design without you being involved right and you're reduced to a basically a pixel pusher so instead you want to put yourself in the position of power by asking specific questions like does this address the business objectives we agreed at the beginning of the project? Do these elements incorporate the stylistic elements that we created together when we were moodboarding? Does the design reflect the wireframes that you were involved in creating?
