What's the Biggest Challenge for a Sales Leader?
A lot of the listeners here are entrepreneurial or maybe they're in B2C sales. And there's hesitancy about making calls. Is there one little tip or suggestion you can make to help overcome that where they can get a little more comfortable and making up on calls? Yeah, I think the framework that we ran through earlier is where I would start that I don't want to bother like reframe what you're saying there.
