There's so many athole foods now. You can get lots of non fished ones for people who are like, either alurgic or don't want to consume animal products. There's a brand called mother in law's kimche. And that doesn't mean that it's fermented with bacteria, but if it's fermented and pickled, it has bacteria. Can be very healthy.
