How I Learned to Invest in Search
The concept of search funds came out of Stanford, you know, 30 plus years ago. It's a couple top MBA students a year, they would pay the searcher to go find an existing business and buy it. Now there's 20 plus schools that teach teach at MBA programs. Those are generally buying decently sized businesses 10 to $50 million of enterprise value.
