The Importance of Structure in Training
You've done a lot of quite different projects you've climbed yeah there's like the the long hope room. You're an outdoor 19 year first and foremost is to go outside into the mountains and enjoy my time out there, playing as hard as possible while i'm doing it. I don't actually think it's necessarily conducive to climbing your best another aspect of climbing your best ultimately is motivation so i feel like if i wrote myself a training program that was just on my board in the garage all the time i would probably end up getting slightly fitter very very slightly fitter or stronger than i would otherwise be but i don't think i would climb harder at least not with the same
