The Relationship Between Agility and Emotional Strength
The ability to have emotional strength is a learnable skill that can be cultivated and grown. How we deal with our inner worlds, our thoughts, our emotions and our stories actually shapes and drives everything. There are these foundational skills that we need as human beings to thrive in a changing world. A core idea in my work has been that the overarching narrative even in psychology is that emotions of good or bad, positive or negative.
