If we can try to set out the environment in a way to be more ADHD friendly or I should say distraction reduced, that's good coping for anybody. Sometimes again, specific behavioral manual things that you can do to touch the task again. So it even might be if we get interrupted organizing stuff around the house. It might be what is one thing I can do right now that's going to help me complete another organization task.
