i sleep on a temperature controlled mattress, im because i think. And we're oing to go into that. Think temperature is an incredible thing to play around with. I'm sure i'm not the only one whose, you know, waking up and saying, ka, my rem sleep is horrible, or, my deep sleep is horrible.
