What Is Persuasive Weight?
Sometimes it's not that the other person is emotional, but maybe they're just in complete denial or their naive about you know what the problem is. And i think one of the things that we need to consider is persuasive weight. What i suggest doing in these cases is breaking the conversation into micro negotiations. Because sometimes it is just too big of a jump for somebody to make in in one negotiation, and it might take multiple conversations.
