Dialysis - What's the Major Keypoint?
Don't use your standard protocol. Don't drop the glucos too fast. Avoid reducing it more than 200 milligrams per desoleter and replace water gradually, so more slowly as safely. For patients with sevre hypertenacity, this can carry the risk of causing cerebral dema. Be careful that sodium will often initially increase during resuscitation due to glucos entering the cells. This is shift, not whole body changes.
