And also, one more tip here is understanding where your prime time is. I c h chitty sleep when we're falling back from getting shaken up by an alarm,. drifting back in for a couple of minutes of low quality sleep and then getting ourselves to the place where we have to rush. We do not need them unless it is required for your work.
