Anker will always be remembered as one of the most innovative modern American breweries. You produce beer styles that were unheard of at the time. Liberty Ale, which was dry-hopped, has been credited as the start of the Hoppy Beer Revolution. Why did you decide to brew Liberty Ale? It was way hoppier than anything else at the time and I thought eventually we would benefit from having more than one product.
