Meditation and the Development of Wisdom
meditation practice involves seeing things as they are. Not projecting concepts on to the process, but just sitting back and observing them. Bear attention makes possible this growth of wisdom. It's important to understandthat wisdom does not come from any particular object, any particular state. Weare not striving to attain anything special. There is nothing special in our mind, in our body, in the way things are happening. All things are equally impermanent.
