How Much Intensity Do You Have in Your Workouts?
intensity wise, it's like in the run, you can say it's quite typical. We always do like two harder runs and the rest is like build up a volume around two specific sessions. In the bike, yeah, I think now when we go like, for example, with Martin in the 70.3, we did more emphasis on the bike. And the swim, I really like to keep the intensity quite high. That doesn't mean like brutal workouts, not at all.
