How to Simplify Sports Nutrition

I like the way they break down their labeling about one unit is X calories for X grams of carbohydrate and it's sort of broken down really simply. So sort of not, well, sometimes deliberate misinformation and then others just too much to pick through to find the actual truth. I think sports nutrition is more simple than what most people think. The key when it comes to fueling on during exercise, it's about getting the carbohydrates in in the optimal ratio.
