The Biggest Misconception About Mindfulness

The biggest misconception would be thinking that it was something you couldn't do. People in my tradition say to meditators when they come in there and say, 'I don't think I'm the sort of person I could could meditate' And we always say, well, that's just the human mind. It's not that you're not different from anybody else. As soon as people realize that they realize they can do something about it. That to me is the most important thing.
