How to Be a Better Speaker

I have a policy that I've invoked for over 10 years and I stole it from you. You said you're invited to speak somewhere on a panel and you said, it's my policy. I don't do panels. And in many situations, that's turned into a better quality speaking engagement. That's because I'm usually so much more interesting than the other people on the panel. It's embarrassing to them on the stage. Just kidding. If this is the first podcast that these people are doing, they never come in power.
