The Consumer Rights Act 2015 - What's the Legal Position?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 all responsibility rest principally with the retailer. So until those goods are received in your hands the retailer is your first point of call to address any issues and so it's their responsibility. You have six months where the the version of proof is on the retailer to say that any damage or defect that happened to you was as a result of your error your fault. Well I couldn't agree more I really love to recommend this is as a way to things it works and it is a good waiting to the queue but it shouldn't be that way. This is should should invest in all of these options.
