How to Be an Elastic Athlete

i have a son who's eight years old right now and he's incredibly naturally elastic like if we set up a hurdle jump right and you just he just runs up and jumps over hurdle he can easily clear higher than i can. He struggles sometimes to like manage deep positions because we wrestle and he just cannot get into like a deep wrestler stance it's just so unnatural for him. We're not just gonna straight up like load up that barbell four or five and just crush him into the bottom of squat but like having the movement option is what i'm going to try and take an elastic athlete into those states.
