What's the Reward for a Habit?

There's three aspects to a habit that migkt just explain. So u what triggers the habit? The routine and the reward, the positive feeling or thing that you receive as a result of having done the habit. Without these habit loops, your brain would essentially shut down, overwhelmed by the minutia of your dayo day life. Forty percent of our actions aren't actual decisions as we go about our day, but their habits that we've created. And so by understanding this habit loop and learning to observe the cues and rewards, we can change and manipulate the routine so that they're positive instead of negative.
