The Importance of a Lifestyle Change

In the last say, 12 months, I've lost 15 kilos and done it across three or four different diets. It's not about a diet. It's about a complete lifestyle overhaul and a change altogether. Most saturated fat in the Australian diet comes from animal products with meat and dairy being the top two. Yes, there are some plant foods with halocisaturated fat, but it's like coconut oil and palm oil. Those are not making up the bulk calories in people's diets. And in fact, when I recommend a plant based diets, I tell people to minimize those anyway for that reason because they are high in saturated fat.
