There's a model that I use with clients that's so similar to this and it's been expanded upon by my friend Abby on TikTok she's at proactive busybody of a this stoplight model. We typically have red yellow and green days where for some reason we're just firing on all cylinders we're doing really well. On those days we don't need as many supports as we usually would need and we can kind of raise our expectations for ourselves.
