The Limitation of Blood Flow

At most of the pressures that we apply, at least at rest, there is venus point occurring. If you are using 20 or 30 %, you should be getting close to 30 repetitions. You may get 12 for first set so and then close to 15. But if you can't get 30 on the first one, or get close to that, the load is probably too high or the wraps are too tight. I would say that if you are in pain before you're starting, it's too tight. And we've done a lot of work on practical restriction as well. Were applying a knee rap, that's what i refer to as practical blood flow restriction.
