I've seen examples of people just sharing their insights, sharing their experiences and being very transparent. I haven't seen like a particular groups of people doing it, but I've seen individuals doing it. And they're creating their own personal brand because that's going to be with you no matter where you go in your career or inside an organization. You need to make sure that you're adding value every step of the way, because it all takes is that one bad interaction. Is it collectively moving the prospect further down the line to a deal? Absolutely.
