Building a Function - What's the Goal?
From there, i look at building a team, because then you're coming to what i describe as strategy for what the function does. That's an intelative process that takes a few months to work through and get alinement on. And it changes based on what's happening in the macro environment. Look in where we are now, six months ago, the world look different. Sid, go from after you've got your wy, build a team, at least a couple of people, and then work on the strategy together.
