When you're feeling overwhelmed by so many different details, it's helpful to have one very clear objective. And here's the objective i'm giving you as a life coach, as soon as you wake up, get outside. You don't look at your phone, you don't check your mail, your email, you don’t read or watch the news. You get up and you go for a walk. That's ideally some place in nature, a park, a stream, the beach. The wind is just getting outside for ten minutes thing, without getting on your phone, checking your email, watching the news. Start there. So let's go in chronology here. More
