The Future of Mobile Payments
Payment link loyalty is absolutely the single biggest opportunity in terms of really simplifying the customer's experience, certainly in a sea store. If you can do that, I mean, it just benefits everybody and it seems like an obvious one, but it seems to be only in 2020 that we're getting around to doing that. The uniqueness of the South African market as well is that we have multiple pockets of consumers that are on the journey to, let's call it, that ultimate path of mobile payments. Not everybody there yet.
