There tends to be two main types of crowds where someone gravitates towards using perfect technique. So I do think that using super strict form could be a bit limiting. You'll get less fatigue using like robotic form, because you'll just hit failure. But there's so much more that the muscle can give. And so it might be a good option for some people.
