What's the Output of the Research Organization?

Sally Kohn: I've been working with the content design team and talking with them as well about like, hey, we've had seen a taxonomy. It kind of seems like you do. And those are conversations where their eyes line up and they get excited. They're looking for somebody to champion bringing in a tax ome it's exciting. So we've got four different kinds of research. We've got UX research,. We've got population science research , behavioral research and we have insights teams. Oftentimes you'll get like a really great deck that has verbatim pulled out from interviews with clients or with agents and just get some really rich insights. This seems
