The Power of Courageous Conversations

This is broward county's fifth year of using courageous conversations, and it's been working pretty well for them. For schools and districts looking to do work race, keep in mind, there are no quick fixes or silver bullets. Being able to courageously discuss race head on makes him feel ready to tackle our world's most damaging problems. So i think the course really helped me have those internal tools, you know, whether i'm dealing with colleagues or dealing with students or content, or whatever it might be.
