How to Innovate at a Conference

Alex: There are different elements there are different aspects of the job that you can understand framing it all. You have what's called first of all you have the job performer right and that's as generic as conference attendee. Then you have what i'm starting to call now in the book i call it the main job or  the target job which is where you frame your research would be around attending a conference. The other thing you can do is create a chronology or a process for attending a conferencethere's a before during and after or beginning middle and end to attending a conference so when you're creating a job statement one of the questions i like to ask is what did they do
