How to Moderate Social Media Use for Kids

Utah just passed a law that requires parental consent to sign up for social media and prohibits kids under 18 from using it between 10.30 p.m. and 6.30 a.m. What do you think of that legislation? Look, I think Utah is doing in what California and other states are working on now. We've also got to move quickly to implement some of these proposals because we can't take years to do this.
