How to Get Things Done
Executive dysfunction that you see in most adults with ADHD can affect both starting and finishing. This is sometimes called failure to launch. Take emotional control of the goals by writing them yourself or finding why you would care about them. Look for short-term rewards - think about how you will feel at the end of the day. Get help from someone who understands what you're going through, like a buddy system.
