There's like two kinds of thoughts, there's automatic thought and there's manual thought. Automatic thoughts just happen automatically, you don't control them. Most of the time they're the thought, yeah, negative. So why not spend 20 minutes a day, or throughout the day as you do things, and I'm on the way here in my brain, I'm like, this is gonna be a really good podcast. You can say those words in your brain, right? We have to implant more manual thought of the kind that we eventually want to become automatic.
