Food editor at Bon Appetit is to consider the home cook in everything that you do. "It was super intimidating first of all it's a whole new skill set," she says. The job required her to develop recipe development skills and learn how to write good recipes. She had previously carved out a role for herself as food stylist for all things video and hands and hands.
