How Do We Set the Tone as Parents?
i want to think about how we set the tone as parents. Our kids might not always want to learn from us, and kids do get silly sometimes. Om this is just a little bit of an introduction to some breath practices. Next next week, i want to get a little bit more into breath practices that are useful for adolescence. And then also thinking about what are the ways that we can a think about other kinds of adaptations, other visualizations, other movement practices.
