Keeping Your Mind in a Place of Peace
The Buddha spoke to people who were dying. And the refrain was that even though your body may be filled with pain or discomfort, you can keep your mind in a place of peace. It's one of the things we're practicing here. We can practice not only by opening to the discomfort, but also by turning our attention back to the awareness which is knowing the pain.
