A new review on Omega 3's DHA EPA has a lot of tremendous information. Juices often come up as a very micronutrient-rich drink. But in itself, how I think about juices is they're just stripped off a lot of good stuff and nutrients. And especially when it comes to trying to get your protein, get your carbs, get your fats, basically completely stripped off with juices.
