Do Warm Ups Really Help With Fatigue?
i generally don't count warm ups. When i'm talking about middmid volume. I more carolet warm up. It's interesting, they're usually so easy that they have been shown in the literature to sometimes decrease fatigue. So if we, you know, some people are really dogmatic, and they se youve got to count all your warm-up sets. The safe bat is just to count sets as they areke,. Ifit's a super set, just count it as two sets. But you'll learn that usually super sets are not as fatiguing as you would think, maybe one and a half sets. Tit's a good proxy. You might actually
