How to Heal Stress
Every time you feel stressed or anxious, it's really important to write these things down because you start to identify a pattern. You will notice a pattern in your own behavior depending on what it is that you're reacting to. There's always going to be something that you can try, at least try, that will alleviate it which will be much better than sitting there and festering.
