I was always like, maybe teetering on the edge of burn out throughout the years. But i hit it, like, the 20, 20, 21, because all i did was like double down on everything and ws trying to do everything. I'm just somebody whoits like id i know this isn't the way people live. There has to be a better way. Let me tell you. And i'd love to hear how you healed your gut. It hasn't been easy. But definitely started doing the therapy. I've been doing the meditation, and i've beendoing the yoga,.  trying to take care of myself the best way i possibly can.
