How I Manage a Course on Notion
Marie and Ben are the owners of Notion, an online course that teaches students how to run their own business. They have hired a virtual assistant as well as other contractors to help them with community support like when students ask questions in the forum. The team is flexible so they can bring on specific people to do specific one-off workshops then you know then we can bring them back later if needed. Marie: "I think there's just lots of processes obviously behind the scenes that need to be managed"
