Meditation and the Pathway of Stoicism
i've always been somebody who would kind of feel a little stressed out about things. So i started using the head space ap and with no idea that i was doing mindfulness, i was just like, it was a time if my life where i thought i might benefit from a little medite. And even to this day, like seven years later, i still do ten minutes of meditation a day. It's hard for me to make an excuse not to meditate for ten minutes. I like to look at meditating like brushing my teeth. If i meditate ten minutes a day, it's going to a compound and save me a lot of pain in the long run. But anyhow
